We want you to be completely satisfied with CAERON CORE. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date. No questions asked.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Send an email to support@caeroncore.com with subject “Refund Request”
  2. Include your purchase email address and activation code
  3. We will process your refund within 5 business days

After Refund

Upon refund, your activation code will be revoked. The software will revert to unlicensed mode. Any existing license capsule on your device will no longer be valid for future activations.

Exceptions

Refund requests made after the 14-day period may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Repeated refund abuse may result in account restrictions.
