1. Our Commitment

CAERON CORE is built privacy-first. We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, analytics scripts, or any form of user surveillance on this website. We believe your data belongs to you.

2. Data We Collect

We collect only what is strictly necessary:

• Purchase information: Email address and payment details (processed by Stripe — we never see your card number)
• Activation data: A device fingerprint hash (one-way hash, not reversible) used to bind your license to your machine
• Contact form: Name, email, and message content when you voluntarily contact us

3. Desktop Application

The CAERON CORE desktop app defaults to HashOnly mode, meaning no plaintext content is stored. Only cryptographic hashes are recorded in the audit trail. You may optionally enable StoreRedacted or StorePlaintext modes at your discretion.

4. No Tracking

This website does not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, Hotjar, or any third-party tracking. We do not set cookies. We do not fingerprint browsers. Server logs are retained for 7 days for security purposes only.

5. Third-Party Services

• Stripe: Payment processing. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy
• Vercel: Website hosting. Subject to Vercel's Privacy Policy
• Resend: Transactional email delivery only

6. Data Retention

License activation records are retained for the duration of your subscription plus 30 days. Contact form messages are retained for 90 days. You may request deletion at any time.

7. Your Rights
